Mediation and Alternate Dispute Resolution Group
Our Mediation and Alternate Dispute Resolution group illustrates the character of our firm. It includes a number of our attorneys who are trained and experienced mediators retained to handle all types of matters, including workers' compensation and civil litigation. Attorneys in this group are often asked by our colleagues in the legal profession to act as mediators or arbitrators on cases they handle for their clients. In all of our practice groups, alternative methods of resolving our clients' legal matters are explored. Every lawyer in our firm is skilled in both negotiation and advocacy on behalf of clients in mediation, arbitration, or other alternatives to litigation or trial.
