Labor and Employment Law Group
Our Labor and Employment Law group represents both employers and employees in the matters that arise in the workplace. The issues addressed by this group include work policies and guidelines, the application and hiring process, issues arising as a part of the employment relationship including wage and hour standards and fair labor practices, family medical leave, civil rights, drug testing, employee benefits, OSHA compliance, and wrongful discharge. This group represents clients in state and federal courts and before numerous administrative agencies.
